Repair on Diagnosed Job 

Replace existing gas water heater. Service includes Labor, 50 gallon Rheem Water Heater with 6 year warranty, gas flex, safety pan, taxes, new water flexes and disposal of the old water heater.

Oil furnace service is unlike other types of furnace services as to the fact that they simply take longer and require additional material to complete properly. We replace the fuel nozzle, adjust the ignitors to proper gap, clean the burner gun, check heat exchanger, clean parts as needed, replace the fuel filter, check operating efficiency, do belt maintenance, check pump coupler, check pump pressure, change air filter, check motors, check ignition transformers, check fire eye, check fuel tank, check safeties and ensure proper ignition.

INSPECTIONS

Diagnostics during business hours are $90.  Any costs for service and parts will be quoted and are extra on top of the diagnostics.
After-hours diagnostics are $135.  Any costs for service and parts will be quoted and are extra on top of the diagnostics.

System Install

Estimates on replacement of existing equipment and installations for construction are done free of charge. Financing is available on approved credit. 

Estimate On Brand New System

Remove and Replace existing air conditioner and associated parts.  Cost is determined by on site estimates that need to be schedule before the project begins. 

Retrofit A/C

Complete Retrofit of existing HVAC system. This includes the furnace, air conditioner or heat pump, indoor coils and thermostats. The cost is determined during an on site estimate that must be schedule ahead of time.

Consultation is used to investigate different issues with HVAC systems and suggest in our opinion of the best course of action.

Retrofit Furnace

A tune-up can be performed on furnaces, air conditioners and heat pumps. The point is to find and prevent unexpected repairs ahead of time. So that issue may be resolved before they become costly and critical. We also offer maintenance plans called a preventative maintence program, at a discount to make this entire process automatic.
